Sorry, I forgot to multiply by servings per can. So the can I eat daily says:"serving size 1/4 cup (61g), servings per container About 7". So that's 427 grams, as it comes out of the can. I started getting acne right at puberty. I've had it acne for about 3 years. My dad and older brother had acne during puberty, but eventually grew out of it, and never had it again. I have an oily face, and still have acne, because of puberty, once again. I'm just wondering since spiro is an antiandrogen, would it clear my acne? p.s. I am a male. Yeah, I feel you. I'm under a lot of family stress right now which a) doesn't help my skin and b) makes me eat a LOT. I had a chicken pot pie, bowl of cereal, block cheese, a sandwich, and a bowl of spaghettios, all in the course of 20 minutes I eat a lot when under stress. lol

I've only been on Accutane for less than a month and this weekend I had probably what was the most painful sex since my first time 9 yrs ago. My skin is dry all over, so without being too graphic, I am thinking that the dryness went a little further. I felt a really hot burning sensation everytime I had sex, and afterwards also. theres lots of threads on this lol and yea, people have been drinking their urine for thousands of years, in ayurveda. Also i just started drinking my own urine, i don't think about it when i drink it. I get used to things pretty quick so the taste isn't that bad anymore. Urine is very good for the kidneys! Morning is best time to drink it too.

I have only used Finacea. I have had great success with the product! It took about 6 or 7 weeks for me to see improvement, and I have been using the product for about 3 months now, with success. It minimizes red marks quite a bit and helps keep my non- inflamed acne at a minimal, plus takes care of any inflamed marks I get on occasion. It's a great product in my eyes and I wish you luck ...

i have had a reoccuring cyst in the same spot of my cheek for my whole life. Since i was like 11. I would go away and then come back, and go away and come back again. This happened for the past 9 years. I went to the derm last week, and that was when I got my first cortizone shot on that cyst. It seems to be clearing now, but we'll see if it does for good!
