Definately LC is the way to go for a diabetic , I also stopped having to take my medication (DR was very pleased) . I proved to myself just how well it worked recently as you know , when I stopped LC for a while and had to go back on my Meds . Back to LC and off the meds again and losing again LC all the way for me from now on . Hope you have a wonderful weekend Jan

Good luck with Curves Daisy, I think you've found the key to an exercise reigim anyway - enjoyment! Although I can't say I look forward or 'enjoy' my exercise, I LOVE the results and that keeps me motivated to keep doing it. Sometimes the mantra "if you want the results you have to do the work" is the only thing that gets me out of bed and downstairs in the mornings . The dancing on the other hand is not...

I have spent the last hour sitting on back steps on a milk crate looking high up at our baby koala. Not good for the neck but good for the soul. It is not a tiny one prob about 1 year old. Healthy and very active jumping from branch to branch. Phoned Mum to share and she said get photo. Well this is as good as my camera will do. But the evidence is there!! Hope she stays in this tree till Bruce gets home. They have been keeping us awake at...

Day 2 - 70.5kgs
Breakfast 7.50am - Cottage cheese and ham on 1 slice multigrain bread
Snack 10.45am - 80g lamb steak
Lunch 12.50pm - 50g chicken, 50g lamb, salad with caesar dressing
Snack 3.45pm - 65g cheesecake
Dinner 7pm - Roast Lamb, peas and corn, broccoli and cauliflower, beans and gravy

Welcome Ozdancer - you aren't alone re: starting and stopping induction, putting back on weight, etc...we have all been there.
I lost 30kgs myself only to put i back on again over a few years due to family circumstances. Just gotta keep plugging away..

92.3 kilo!! Wow I lost 1.6 kilo yesterday! Ive lost 2.7 in 2 days! Surely not just fluid? Surely SOME fat is leaving body??
Off to have coffee, get kids to school. Not hungry yet, but should have eggs for brekky I suppose.
