WHAT DO RACERS WANT?
Published (2009-12-17 21:27:00)
Well, Yes, I do beleive they are. I have already recieved a call regarding one of the suggestions that I had. Also last year, Canyon Speedway was listening, and they improved in a couple areas based on our comments. The push truck situation really got better, and they improved the sound system in the pits. I think these guys are really trying to make things better, and input helps. As far as reading and listening, Yes they do.

The race track schedule SHOULD be posted by Jan., we are waiting for some clubs to confirm dates.

Entry Forms for The Roger McCluskey
Published (2009-12-13 01:54:00)
Maybe a little off the topic, but good news none the less. The CRA boy's will also be in Tucson on the 19 and the 20th, not just the national teams, it's their first points race. The only problem with that, is that very few of the teams in that series seem to have put a lot of emphasis on points last year ... http://www.usacracing.com/sprint_index/cra_index/schedule_cra Sure will be nice to see...

I would like to start with a few key points. Canyon has done well on the new track facelift. That and the fact that the tires have been moved down to allow us racers more room to race on the bottom as well as 3-wide. Tucson should look at this move with the tires, I believe the tires were moved up the track slightly this season which took 1 groove away from the little cars. Granted that ...
