By James Arvantes 11/4/2009 In a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (3-page PDF; About PDFs ), D-Calif., the AAFP has expressed its support for two health care reform bills pending in the House, but the Academy also noted that there are improvements that could be made in the bills to support tort reform and improve payment for primary care physicians. The Affordable Health Care for...

Koran-inspired murder is a very unusual event. You spelled Qur'an incorrectly. Muslims believe the Qur’an to be the book of divine guidance and direction for mankind, and consider the original Arabic text to be the final revelation of God . Islam holds that the Qur’an was revealed to Muhammad by the angel Jibrīl (Gabriel) over a period of approximately twenty-three years, beginning in 610...

Obama Needs To Go To Ft. Hood
Published (2009-11-07 23:00:00)
If I hadn't been prohibited by regulations, I would have been there....it wasn't that I didn't try, but I finally made it. I was part of a group that helped bring the cold war to an end down the line. As far as the President dropping everything and being at Fort Hood, I believe there were enough non-essential personnel milling around as it was. My money is on...

Should have guessed form the tenor of the article... From the Canadian Free Press "About Us" section:"...Espousing Conservative viewpoints, cornerstone of which contain love of God, love of family, love of country..." Incidentally, no matter how else the events at Ft. Hood are described, this was a tragedy and no-one described it as a"mere" tragedy except the author.

What we will have to go to is a value added tax, in addition to the current federal income tax. That way the ones that are not paying now will be forced to pay based on their purchase or goods and services.

How a president responds to a crisis defines him.
That's so true. No one will ever forget the sight of Dubya glued to his chair on 9/11 freaked out and at a total loss for what to do next. What was it, seven minutes? That was defining.

Really, he already does have a position of leverage over the people by being CEO of AARP. AARP is the largest lobbyist in Washington, DC, and just so you know, our tax dollars built their lobbying headquarters in DC as well.

Poor Sweetpea, you're really stretching. Did you think you were breaking a big news story? Millions of people heard that speech in which he says that he is "one of those who has lived in a Muslim majority country." Don't follow this one up, Sweetpea, you'll only embarrass yourself.

The republicans ran a campaing on MORAL VALUES and got Bush elected and now he has 20% approval.
But more important the MORAL VALUES party went down the toilet mainly because so many had no morals at all.
Randal David Ankeney is the Republican activist who was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault on a child with force. He was charged with six counts related to getting a 13-...

Yes, the bill that no one has read passed (only by the House, not the Senate) by a skimpy two-vote margin. The battle for freedom is far from over.

Don't feel picked on. I had everything from spring of this year wiped out when I sent a call for states to assert their historical rights. I have the feeling a lot of "good ones" never make it to the community.

Haven't I seen the names MARXIST and COMMUNISTS more than once ?
A personal attack---is honing in on ONE particular person in this group.
I don't see anything wrong with the word TEABAGGER ---if it refers to a group calling themselves a TEA PARTY You need a BAG for TEA.

I propose we have a mud-wrestling championship match between Lintball and Beck, with the proceeds going to charity.
I am wondering what charity, though?
Suggestions?
