1. Make one IP Crepe (chocolate, orange or plain). For all the crepes, add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. For the Plain crepe also add 1 packet sweetener. 2. Make a compatible IP pudding (chocolate crepe with vanilla pudding for example). When making the pudding cut back on the water so it's a little thicker. 120 mL instead of 150 ML is a good amount. Also add 1 packet sweetener. 3. Spread the pudding on the crepe. Then roll, like a blintz....

LOL, Icon that basically sums up the books nicely. Good one! My favorite is this one, drawn by a friend of mine from the land down under: I just had an amaaaaazing night out with my boyfriend We went for a walk by the park at the river, then drove around looking for ridiculous nice houses (we feel like a married couple when we do this and it makes us LOL), and then we came back to my house and had a tickle fight hehehe :3 I love my boyfriend....

If you had loose skin you would know it.It looks like what it sounds like, loose skin that you can pick up in your hands. Just baggy, loose skin, just hanging there.

It's an improvement and it's big I'm learning that "eating better" is, just like you say, about eating real food!
So, good for you! Keep it up - the portion size will come. I've found that once I was eating proper meals, I was full after much less than when I just stuffed any old whatnot into my trap.

Hey,
TEF isn't something most folks need to worry about. The advice I've seen about protein is that it should make up 30% of your calories overall (not necessarily for every meal!), and you should aim for 100 grams per day.
I think you'll find that 100 grams per day is quite enough protein!

A Common Question
Someone recently asked me what she should do when she finds herself eating past the point of fullness into the place of being uncomfortably stuffed. This is a question that comes up frequently, so I thought I'd put my fingers to the keyboard and share the advice I tend to offer on this topic.

I'm in on this one! I'm going to say 10lbs by new year, which works out as a lb per week. I know with Christmas inbetween now and then, any more than that isn't likely! But that would take me down to 123lbs, the lowest weight I think I have ever been
I hope everyone else joins in for this!

Good morning gals! It was beautiful yesterday and looks like it is going to be the same way today. I have lots of present wrapping to do today. It must be done so I am going to take my scissors and pen and drag the stuff out of the closet and get on my bed and just do it. Sort of like the Nike commercial!

Work (and its going to be busy since I called out Friday) and then school. I didn't get up and exercise this morning (codeine, man...) but I'm going to go for a walk at lunch and then I'll walk around campus later, and tomorrow I can play Wii Fit when I get home from school.
I'm also back on the down slide - 192.2 - and tomorrow is my last day of antibiotics, so hopefully ...

Diet Coaches/Buddies - Bit the bullet and bought small boxes of raisins for the Trick or Treat'ers (not the micro boxes, but the 1 1/4 oz. ones). I can use the leftovers in my morning granola as part of my normal eating plan and they're not a temptation for me since I have a pantry full of raisins already. Two kids out of 29 did turn them down. I'm OK with that; it's facing ...

Michelle, Thanks for starting the thread. My fingers are crossed for you. The last time I got a new scale I had to increase my weight 5 pounds.

Week 3: 143
