Hi, I live in Lancashire and would love to work in a mobile phone store. I recently applied for a job at a 3 store not too far from me, this was a few weeks ago but I've heard nothing. A few months ago I had an interview at a O2 store but didn't get the job as they said I was too over qualifed. I couldn't understand this as I've never sold a mobile phone in my life. If there are any ...

I have a couple of oldish 3 contracts - 3+ years probably. Both have been roaming onto O2 and orange lately. However I've just started having problems with somewhere in the country that only has reasonable O2+Vodafone coverage. Neither phone (N95 8Gb, 6630) will no longer roam onto O2. Both flip their status between 2G/3G as they search for signal, but never lock on. A manual ...

Vodafone seem a bit slow on the uptake of new handsets - I see O2 are already offering the new Nokia 6220 Classic. Any indications when it might be available from Vodafone?

i know the V8 is a 2G phone, but it's the only phone i've got at the moment and I need to know if a 3 sim will work in it if i get it unlocked .. i don't mind losing the 3G facilities as i never need them anyway, and the area i live in has terrible 3G reception. i reflashed my V3X when i had it and it usually sat on 2.5G and worked fine with 5 bars .. 3G reception was 1 or 2 bars.

Ok, so being an o2 virgin im very very disappointed in the lack of 3g my iphone shows, but is it really that bad or is it my iphone? Firstly i've just moved over from 3 and got the iphone, now today i did some experiments as i have an N95 so in went another o2 sim card and here are my findings: At home my iphone struggles with maximum 1 bar 3g upstairs, down stairs it falls back to 2g...

Hi, just a quickie, as you guys seem pretty clued up. I have the £7.50 a month WnW add-on on my account. The guy at T-Mobile says that means I won't ever have to pay any additional costs for using internet on my phone, or checking email etc.. However, I can't help but think I am going to get charged more money - specially since I figured out I can use my phone as a modem and plug it into my...

I have loads of 3 handsets all have msn installed. But has anybody noticed that msn on a 3 mobile gives false details of who is signed in? For example my mobile switched is off and my partner logs onto msn using her 3 handset and tells me i'm signed in to msn, impossible as my phone is switched off and didn't log in that day. I logged in earlier today and my ex was signed in but she doesn't ...

Hi I'm trying to find a good outdoor antennae to connect via a 15m cable to a computer in order to get good 3G broadband. The house is too far from the exchange to get adsl, but is 8 miles in line of site to 3G mast. Are there any good external antenna that work specifically with the Vodafone 3G USB modems ? Thanks.
