I have a queen size air mattress that we no longer need or want. We only used it for a week and now it just sits and ...taking up space so it needs to go. There is nothing wrong with it and holds up very well. On trips close to home, I use the battery style pump. On longer car trips I take a Black and Decker air pump. I can use it for my mattress, the innertube for the river, and my tire if that need arises. I take patch kits for my tires in my vehicle. I'm always willing to help a stranded motorist, as I would for any hiker out there needing some help. My patch kit for the hikers tires is duct tape.

I don't really think you can repair it with what you have. You should get a bicycle tire repair kit or a sport ball repair kit.

Aqua Seal can be purchased at academy, cabelas, bass pro, ect... first patch the outside following directions, than after completely dry turn them inside out and ...use them cut a piece off to fit over the gash and use the aqua seal to patch it over the cut or try a bicycle tube, or air mattress patch kit. The aqua seal will work fine by itself but adding a patch will make it last even longer.
