Parakeets like to nibble on
fresh greens (as you noticed!) Do you having them flying around and not in a cage? You didn't say how they had access. Attach freshly washed lettuce or the top leafy part of celery to their cage with a clothespin. They love it!

Does anybody what I can do to keep my
parakeets from nibbling on my houseplants? They aren't
poisonous plants and they really go at them...my plants are all dying!!! Any help would be appreciated.

parakeets are pretty wild, but you might get lucky! I will take pictures of my guys to share. The Budgie is female and she is just as chatty as the male parakeet.
