OK, here is a revised (yet still somewhat incomplete) ruleset. There is enough changed here to where you should read it again. Those Level markers underneath each improvements are not to make it more complicated, but to show you where your colony is at in terms of infrastructure. I still don't have a map I really like that much, unless Symphony D will let us his. If not, the map is coming ...
