XP Home. Just installed SP2 and SP3. Get error messages on boot up: 1) pchnotify.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close, and 2) Direct Access Component has encountered a problem and needs to close. ALSO WHEN I GO TO TURN THE COMPUTER OFF, IT RESTARTS INSTEAD OF SHUTTING DOWN. HELP! 1 person needs an answer I do too
