Nothings Wrong

...around to doctor after doctor...all saying nothing is wrong. I have been having chronic pain all over and...urine...so I saw a nephrologist...who found nothing wrong. Then in July, they found blood in my ... which was normal...and she just assumes nothing is wrong. ... start button and to my suprise it did start. Also, i have some rattling from the rear that sounds like its from the wastegates. I took my car into the dealer and they claim they ran all the diagnostic checks. Also uploaded that dam new software. They say nothings amatter with my car. How can this be? It wouldnt start and just died on me??? I guess i have to wait till i get starnded somewhere.
