But in the original theatrical cut, Ford's narration recites the "I don't know why he ... film (the Director's Cut and Final Cut) where the narration is not included. But part of me still wishes that Ridley Scott had kept the narration in just that one scene for the Final Cut....

... so awesome. I have trouble sitting through Casino though because the narration pisses me off. There is just too much narration in that ... film once all the way through and have tried to tackle it again, but the narration frustrates me. I do know however that there is less narration in the second half of the film, but I just can't get to the second half because I always end up turning it off ...

This film needs more exposition that "Goodfellas" did, although I think back, and it's possible that film has just as much narration in it, too. Like right now, I'm watching the scene in the KC Italian grocery where the Feds had an old wire tap in place and overheard about the suitcases, etc. If they just cut to that scene, sure, some of us could piece that together with no help from...
