incline will hit the upper pecs. But wait...two was considered insignificant, the slight advantage of the

my machine has a program that changes the incline every so often so i go from 3 to 4.5 to 6.5, i do a...is march with arm weights... i mean really march swinging my arms, when the incline changes i then do a set of exercises with the arm weights eg circling back ... 1kg... i started off just doing some marching on the low incline, then on the higher incline did no marching then just worked it up from...
