my machine has a program that changes the incline every so often so i go from 3 to 4.5 to 6.5, i do a...is march with arm weights... i mean really march swinging my arms, when the incline changes i then do a set of exercises with the arm weights eg circling back ... 1kg... i started off just doing some marching on the low incline, then on the higher incline did no marching then just worked it up from...

My problem is that I don't really trust the calorie calculator on ... that might calculate your calories based on incline and mph, but I can't find a thing. I use The ... to add my foods and workouts, but it doesn't have anything for incline either.  Any suggestions? Thanks!...

The spring shown in the figure is compressed 50 cm and used to launch a 100 kg physics student. The track is frictionless until it starts up the incline. The student's coefficient of kinetic friction on the 30 degree incline is 0.15. How far up the incline does the student go?
