Even though they are pasturized, the temperature isnt high enough to neutralize all the avidin in the
egg whites. Long term use could lead to a b-6 deficiency? Cant it? I mean yeah, bacteria is all dead, avidin is still present isnt it? Plus, its not completely bioavailiable until cooked right? You can only digest 50 or so % of the protein until cooked?
Just my thoughts.

actually egg whites are NOT good for the sperm.. if you look at their PH levels ...harm sperm rather help.. that's ignoring the fact that using egg whites is also very dangerous.. you can get an infection from using them. and TCOYF does NOT ...and NOT once do they say you should try egg whites. another thing.. why don't you ask your doctor about using egg whites? i bet you a million bucks he will be...

You have some mis-information. While All
Whites is pasteurized, that does not mean it's safe to use in a smoothie, because
pasteurization does NOT kill salmonella. The only
egg whites that I've researched to actually be safe to use in a smoothie are Eggology
egg whites (www.eggology.com)
