...this market, any firm that has announced a rights or share offering with a price to be determined subsequently, has just extended an open invitation...suspension falls right in line with this. Then, there's the possible de-REIT-ing. Why? Well, the answers could be: 1) they want...losses and would not be able to use loss carryforwards as a REIT, and/or 3) they need to keep as much cash in house...

...-optimistic up-date by Morningstar (whatever that is) gave the price a bounce above the $11 secondary...ST the impact of losses from mark to mkt,cut (elim??) div esp with the poss loss of REIT,30 mil sh dilution which the co.has not guided wouild be accretive(assume the worse),looking at the dollar,economy,consumer,business, tanking into stagflation, obscene debts.makes taking the LT view wrong.....
