now. edit : more I think about it, there may be no trouble at all... other than discarding the existing heavy mount. ALSO: I'd probably use a C2 LNBF (currently on sale ), and not hold out a lot of hope for a dual band unit getting enough Ku to matter.

Sadoun has a sale on the C2 LNBF . If you look around the forum, you'll find it well reviewed. Good choice for any size dish. Also, for moving any size BUD, you'll want a motor controller. The Gbox v3000 is the one we highly recommend. Read our review for more details.

band lnbf. I see that Sadoun is selling them and they are on sale. Users seem to be satisfied with them. We haven't heard any complaints about them. #2 here: C-Band LNBF LNB C/KU combination

Posted by Anole C-band LNBF's use an external and adjustable scalar. So, to match your F/D of 0.6, you'd need a conical scalar. To go with it, I'd suggest the C2 LNBF (two ports, ready for future expansion) WSI / Galaxy offers the DMX241 single-output C-band LNBF. Both gold sponsors sell the conical scalar . If you are just experimenting and

to sense voltage on the coax and switch the feedhorn servo between H & V (no fine tuning) - Have you considered one of the voltage sensitive LNBF's such as shown here ? (I know you can get them locally)

labeling, I could never find real dual output LNBs on eBay. no, No, N O, No, no! If you want both polarities at the same time, go look at the C2 LNBF with two actual outputs. You can set one to vertical and one to horizontal (and use a multiswitch to feed multiple receivers)...or... ... or you could just hook up

If you want both polarities at the same time, go look at the B1 bandstacked LNBF (same link), but that's probably not for beginners. what these do is use the little boxes like his Sonicview 8000, with the voltage 13/18 to do the switching right
