In Finland a bookkeeper just does bookkeeping. If you want a personal chartered accountant then you'll have to pay for it (not cheap). If you have specific questions then email http://www.intofinland.fi which is a special multilingual service for foreign individuals moving to Finland (and they also cover businesses). Unless you have some bookkeeping knowhow and some Finnish, I would suggest

been made recently and, to be honest, I have forgotten quite a lot of it (not much of it actually applies to me ).
