ok im a weather enthusiast but by no means an expert or anywhere near,can i ask all you "experts" this..... http://www.wetterzentrale.de/topkarten/f in this picture(sorry i dont no how to get the picture to come up here(if someone could tell me,thanks)are those tempatures not very marginal for snow?? or am i reading it all wrong
