User Agreement

Welcome to BoardReader.com which, through its search engine services, will enable you and other users to search the Web's message boards and retrieve information more effectively.

Following are the terms and conditions for use of the BoardReader. By using the BoardReader, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you violate these terms and conditions, BoardReader.com will have the right to terminate your use of the BoardReader and/or take appropriate legal actions against you. BoardReader.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting on the BoardReader. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement, you cannot use this site or the services offered herein.

1. PERMITTED USE. You may use the search engine services of the BoardReader for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may access, view and make copies of information in the BoardReader for your personal, non-commercial use. You may post information in the BoardReader that is appropriate for general readership. You may not post information in the BoardReader that is objectionable, inappropriate or offensive for general readership. You may not publish or otherwise distribute any information in the BoardReader for any purpose. You may not send automated queries to the BoardReader without the prior written approval of BoardReader.com. You may not use the BoardReader to sell a product or service or to advertise or direct activity to other websites. You may not use the BoardReader for any commercial purpose unless with the prior written approval of BoardReader.com.

2. OWNERSHIP/TRADEMARKS. The BoardReader is the property of BoardReader.com. You do not buy access to the BoardReader, acquire or have any ownership, license or other proprietary interest in the BoardReader or any information contained in the BoardReader. You agree that the BoardReader and its contents are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents and other proprietary rights and laws. You cannot use any protected material without the express written consent of the owner of such material except as permitted by applicable law.

3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION. Information obtained in the BoardReader and sites displayed as search results or linked to by the BoardReader are developed and maintained by people over whom BoardReader.com exercises no control. Information in the BoardReader has been indexed and compiled through an automated process with no advance review by BoardReader.com. As a result, BoardReader.com does not endorse or control and has no responsibility for any of the information or links in the BoardReader. THE SERVICES OF THE BOARDREADER ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. BOARDREADER.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION IN THE BOARDREADER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR OTHERWISE ARISING BY LAW OR STATUTE. BOARDREADER.COM DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SEARCH SERVICES IN THE BOARDREADER. BOARDREADER.COM DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY REGARDING ANY OF THE INFORMATION OR ADVICE OBTAINED THROUGH THE SEARCH SERVICES OF THE BOARDREADER OR ANY GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE BOARDREADER OR LINKS PROVIDED THROUGH THE BOARDREADER. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE UPON ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE BOARDREADER IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

4. VIRUSES. BoardReader.com has designed and will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the BoardReader free of viruses and other harmful components. Since the BoardReader is accessible by third parties, BoardReader.com cannot assume any responsibility for any viruses or other harmful components that may affect your computer equipment or other property as a result of your access to, viewing of or downloading any information from the BoardReader. NEITHER BOARDREADER.COM NOR ANY OF ITS THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS WARRANT THAT THE BOARDREADER, ITS SERVERS OR ANY INFORMATION DOWNLOADED FROM THE BOARDREADER IS FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

5. LINKS. The BoardReader may include links to other websites, which may be of interest to you. You acknowledge that these links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by BoardReader.com or by any of its third-party providers regarding the contents of those other websites or message boards. Neither BoardReader.com nor its third-party providers are responsible for or will have any liability with respect to the information contained in any websites that you may access as a result of such links including any objectionable or offensive content. Users are responsible for the messages or other information they post and all consequences of such actions. BoardReader.com has the right, but not the obligation, to remove any offensive or objectionable content.

6. ADVERTISERS. The BoardReader may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for insuring that materials submitted for inclusion on the BoardReader are accurate and comply with applicable laws. BoardReader.com will not be responsible for the illegality of or any error in accuracy in any advertisers' or sponsors' materials.

7. PRIVACY POLICY. The use of personal information is described in and governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. You are provided with access to the BoardReader without charge. BoardReader.com assumes no responsibility for, and shall not be liable for, any damages or expenses you may incur as a result of any inaccuracy, incompleteness or obsolescence of any information contained in the BoardReader, or for any viruses or other harmful components that may affect your computer equipment or other property as a result of your access to, viewing of or downloading any information from the BoardReader. Without limiting the generality of the preceding sentence, you agree that BoardReader.com will not be liable to you or to any other party for any direct or indirect damages, or for any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental, consequential or other damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits or lost time), whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, which arise out of or are in any way connected with any access to the BoardReader or any viewing or use of any information on the BoardReader or any contractual or other dealings or relationships you may have with third parties based upon any information included in the BoardReader. You acknowledge that, as no subscription or other fees are required for your access to the BoardReader, the limitations in this Paragraph 8 are reasonable and appropriate.

9. NO INTERFERENCE. You agree that you will not decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise manipulate or work with the software or software architecture of the BoardReader. You agree that you will not use any robot or any other automatic device and you will not use any manual process to monitor or to copy any information in the BoardReader for any unauthorized purpose. You also agree that you will not use any automatic device, software or other routine to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the functioning of the BoardReader.

10. INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to indemnify and to hold BoardReader.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employers and other agents, harmless from and against any loss, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the BoardReader, including, without limitation, any violations by you in the terms and conditions for your use of the BoardReader.

11. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION. This User Agreement and your access to and use of information from the BoardReader are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of this User Agreement or your compliance with these terms and conditions, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washtenaw County, Michigan.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and BoardReader.com regarding your access to the BoardReader and your reproduction and use of any information in the BoardReader. Any waiver of any term or condition of this User Agreement shall not be effective unless in a written document signed by an authorized representative of BoardReader.com.
