people say that Apple Cider Vinegar works really well. And jojoba oil is a good moisturizer. You can get all those things at GNC or walmart or wherever. Check out http://www.acne.org and look on the message boards. They have a whole section about natural ways to treat acne and lots of people have had success. If natural/otc stuff doesn't work
