how do you join a different group?
Published (2009-12-19 10:44:35)
If the group is an open group, meaning that you can read and post you simply find their Introduction or General forum and either click to start a new topic to introduce yourself or join in an active thread. Once you have posted you are then a member. If the board is mba then you will have to click to send the membership application. For instance, now that you have posted a message on this board you are now a member.

Blocking PMs for Access Messages
Published (2009-12-15 17:41:27)
Note that all admins need to agree on the same setting. You can't send to some while blocking for others. Zandranna, blocking via "Notify admins" will not block other PMs. However, if you choose "Notify admins" and block some other way (like opting to receive mail only from friends), there'll be issues. People applying to the board will get "delivery failed" messages from any...

I'm going to start by asking the obvious.. have you done a hard refresh? (Press the Ctrl + F5 keys simultaneously)
You are referring to the flash and not to the add from HTML option, right?

Yes those are allowed. I am not sure if that is what you are asking? There is a button in the grey toolbar next to the smilie for searching videos and adding
them. The only problem I know with using them on your board is for people with older computers. Or even people with newer ones if too many are embedded in a
page of replies. But it would just slow it down.

The trick is to put a code within the code.
You type this:
[[b][/b]spoiler]This is the part that is hidden.[[b][/b]spoiler]
And after you post, they will see it like this:
[spoiler]This is the part that is hidden.[spoiler]
I'm a mean one.
The three words which best describe me
are -- and I quote: "Stink. Stank. Stunk."

Posts (replies) within a thread can't be reordered at this time, but there in no need to scroll down twice though.
You should have a pager at the top also. Plus, if you click the new post icon to the immediate left of a topic, it will take you to the first new reply since
your previous visit.
Also. pressing Ctrl+ end takes you to the bottom of any page, and Ctrl + Home takes you to the ...

you put the codes in right where you normally type out your message.
...which makes it really hard to demonstrate BBCode. When you preview or post, the codes always render. That's why I resorted to a screen capture of the
post editor and a separate message to show what those codes rendered.
I've mentioned this before, but this seems to be a better place for it. I'd love to see a ...

Just remove everything after the word "com" and give the remaining url to your friends. Also then bookmark that url yourself. Once you have used that
url it should just always come up as

Hi there,
The board has 68 registered members.
If with the last short while you mean this passed week, yes there were access problems for people who use certain ISPs. All ISPs are back in now. Could you
please check with the members who complained about no access and see if they can access now?

There is a problem with chatrooms at the moment so if we have one that isn't working now we have to delete it and create a new one. There is a thread in

Hi Deb,
I am not sure exactly what you mean, because it could be one of two things.
Can you please describe the steps you take.
You have your post editor open and ready, what do you do from there?

I'm using FF 3.5.5 and haven't noticed any difference in the way it functions at Yuku or other sites.
When you use FF at Yuku, do you see anything unusual on the status bar (lower left corner). Is it hanging on loading images, etc.?
Before you created your new FF profile, had you installed any new plug-ins, extensions, themes, or add-ons? Had you made any changes to your network ...

Nope you can only see from the member page when they last visited the board.
You can click and view your "active members" list and scroll down until you find their name. That will give you the title of the last post and date
made by them.
