I had the opposite experience with UPS, they delivered it tothewrong address. I emailed Procura.com under advisement from UPS.They contacted UPS and had them call me to correct the problem andthe package delivered a few hours later. =========== james Used Cars

I just did it, it should fit in the ashtray area with some minor trimming. I used the bracket they supply and sole bolts and bolted it right onto the top part of the plastic of where the ashtray mounts and it works fine. yeah sounds like that would be a good spot to put it on

you have to tune it, or you will destroy your new cb radio. Dont key the mic without it being tuned or over time you will destroy it. i thik that may be a problem. Get an SWR meter from radioshack or take it to a cb shop.

Are you asking about hardmount antennas or magnetic mount ones? The CB you get will not really make a big difference, although Cobra has a pretty good clarity booster with some of their more high-end models. I have no problems with my Cobra 75WXST and 2000 series mag-mount antenna. I got my CB stuff from Amazon.com when they had some sort of sale going.
