Published (2009-11-14 07:13:00)
I read the do it yourself hydro assist on Marlin's board and decided to go that route. I picked up a used IFS box from a local wheeler, tapped the box, and ordered the rest from Surplus Center. I placed the order the morning of 11/2 before I left home to go to work. That day I receive an e-mail confirming the order. On 11/3 I receive an e-mail stating that the order has shipped with a link to track it. On 11/4 I check the shipment and it...

Your drive shafts were being made during this and the last boxes were shipped and they would have been there on time. You called and cancelled the order and my guys had the last 3 packages returned too us.These are very expensive parts and when they got a phone call saying cancle my order they did. The parts are on their way back. All of the parts you ordered cannot fit in one box. Multiple ...

Just ordered 22RE with steel guide from Oregon Engine Rebuilders, will let the forum know how it goes... so far talking to them on the phone and emailing they have been responsive and pretty straightforward, hope the engine's a good 'un! -- Bass

Ya I just ordered a timing set from him, couldn't believe how fast he responds to emails. Excellent service! Has anyone tried out his cams? I'm considering his 268 Torker for my 22RE.

google toyota oem parts and you will get about 10 websites that will lead you to the same 'website format' just in different colors with different names. I never order parts from anyone who has more than 1 business name. You need oem parts, go to a junkyard or dealership.

So I just got my sc'er rebuilt by magnuson and the David gonzoles guy. It had 180,000 miles on it and was making a slight noise that sounded like the nose drive bearings going out. I made the mistake of shipping it out to them before getting an "rga" number. I had to call them, and they assured they'd rebuild it quickly so I paid about $850 for an entire rebuild. It took more than two weeks to ...
