I've been going to the gym every other day, so I'm trying to keep track of my calorie intake. I've come to a conclusion of 1,500-2,000 calories per day is a good amount for my body. To mix things up a bit, I think I might try the deli creations flatbread sandwich for lunch, since their flavors, fiesta chicken quesadilla and basil parmesan chicken are both under 350 calories....

Hi, A pound of fat equals 3500 calories. To lose 1 pound a week, you need to burn more calories than you eat in a week. To do this you must either increase you weekly activity or decrease your food intake or both. Losing 1-2 pounds of fat a week is a very sensible goal. By using the combination of increased activity and eating less that will total 3500 calories in...

Just a quick note to say that I could use some input. I'm feeling defeated and could use some input and encouragement. I haven't filled out rate your plate for a few days but I am still keeping my food journal. Just not getting around to post a lot. Hope everyone is doing well.

I looked at all subjects before deciding to go ahead and post in this one...lol If better as OT in another folder am sure a mod will move it. A friend, Shelley, posted this in another forum and I find the news shocking, to say the least. I have known, for years, that when they first have cells to study that are considered appropriate, they keep growing them and sending them ...

Hi all! So I am getting my business set up and I need some input from moms! I'm pricing out my classes and looking at a variety of companies that do similar programs. I've looked at regular boot camp type programs, which all run about $200-$250 for 2 days a week, 6 weeks. I've looked at classes by stroller strides which run about $55 a month or so, and another program that is ...

I have always struggled with weight from a young age...I continually ate like a bird but gained...I matured late...16 years old...had occasional periods, skin tags, always bloated, cramps, headaches, and extra hair growth...Couldn't get pregnant if I did always a miscarriage...finally diagnosed late 40's with PCOS>..which explains the symptoms and weight gain...is there anyone ...
