take some more time..booking a date is a minute job..do only wen u feel comfortable and confident..proper way to do the OG is to : ->solve some questions..grasping the language as well as the pattern.. ->trying to increase the accuracy.. ->timing yourself keeping the accuracy.. ->referring to their way of solving them as well.. for SC,I would suggest you to pick Manhattan SC guide.. for quant..Official Guide 12 is...

Try to find a copy of OG 10th edition. A lot more math problems. I used Manhattan also for all the math. They are the best books out there. Finally, I used Kaplan software. Their math is very though, and is great practice... Good luck

Gotit, I'm sure no such thing is being done regarding the difficulty between attempts. Realistically, while the GMAT is a highly circumstantial exam with quite a bit of variation between one test and another (last time I didn't get a single probability or combinatorics question, but this time I got 3) it would be unreasonable for them to increase difficulty or anything of that sort. It wouldn't be representative and the...

Hello everyone,
Before I go ahead and start my topic, I want to thank all members for their countless and priceless advice with the GMAT. Even though my GMAT experience did not go well (and yes, I'm retaking it a month from now) I have to say I got a lot out of my GMAT preparation, and all the grammar rules and critical reading skills that I have learnt will go a long way. If it weren't for ...

PP1 760
PP2 770
(both before OG)
Kap: CAT1 620 (right at the beg); CAT 2 650; CAT 3 750
After OG PP retake - high scores, discounted since I remembered the Qs.

Sorry to hear that your score went down. I would give 3 attempts before I consider giving up. However you should really think about what went wrong during the prep and the exam. Replay the prep and the exam day to see if you can find anything - focus, area of weakness, difficulty level, etc. I don't think you've done enough mock exams. Without enough practices, scores flutuate during the ...

I think if you have done OG , it'd be very helpful for you to take all 6 Manhattan GMAT tests. The Q questions are very difficult and V questions are just right. It will prepare you for the worst. But I recommend going back to the basic in the last week and studying OG once again.

no need of a tutor..sit again after proper review of your weaknesses..
and then start anew..afresh..go through OG properly..see their solutions..
that would be enough to take your score beyond a 500!
all the best!
