i will go with A too. To clarify this, let us negate the assumption A by changing 'FEW' to 'MOST OF THE'. If 'MOST OF THE radio stations equipped with RDS broadcast to people not covered earlier' is the assumption, then the conclusion falls apart. @santroz, can you pls post the OA ?

C is wrong: because foxes will only kill old and sick geese.. what abt the young and healthy geese.. they can still cause problems.. so dogs are solving the problem pratially.. in A: geese + dogs going crazy.. thats double trouble.. hence the answer

C Since European companies have captured European market due to competative advantage,United States manufacturers will maintain significant production levels only if their product has significant demand somewhere else (e.g.in US)...what if European companies start selling product in US market..? There has to be some competetive advantage for US companies over european rivals.

IMO E Fine line tells us that most of the produced generators are exported to Europe than used in US market. That clearly points out that US market is limited currently. If europeans emerge in manufacturing these ,the demand for US generators in european markets would reduce.Hence US has started new initiatives to increase the demand within United states. To eliminate C we are talking about US initiatives and how these impact US markets which...

business waste
The restaurant business wastes more energy than any other industry in the United States. Nearly 80 percent of the $10 billion spent on energy by the restaurant industry each year is squandered by the use of inefficient equipment. At the same time, approximately 70 percent of restaurants in the United States are small ...

I most humbly and respectfully would go for E
E suggests that there is huge potential for future demands for solar generator in the US as the current demand is very low.
This premise supports the conclusion that United States manufacturers will probably maintain significant production levels

A simpler explanation:
C - Mails that arrive in 2days should be correctly addressed and not damaged ones. In other words, if a mail has reached in 2 days then it is correctly addressed and not damaged and that is what is the option. The premise states clearly that if a mail is damaged it will take greater than 2 days. I am not considering incorrectly addressed mails at all since, the time ...

Set Problem
Environmental organizations want to preserve the land surrounding the Wilgrinn Wilderness Area from residential development. They plan to do this by purchasing that land from the farmers who own it. That plan is ill-conceived: if the farmers did sell their land, they would sell it to the highest bidder, and developers would ...
