Working on a turbo buick in which the 1-2 shift is fine. The 2-3 shift if it's in D and especially the 3-4 shift in O/D seems to happen too soon sometimes and lug and stay in the high gear when it shouldn't. Doesn't slip or have any other issues that I can tell. Replaced the
tcc solenoid and adjusted the TV cable but it acts the same.

Here's a better description.
Increasing TV, moving cable towards firewall, doesn't seem to influence part throttle shift points in OD. If I move to D, then I get the delayed, harsh shift at part throttle you would expect from adjusting TV. Is that how it is supposed to work? I thought OD shouldn't be any different that D at part throttle.
