If the tune was close before the swap, you'll be fine to make a pass with the new turbo then tweak it from there.

I've been running a 70GTQ for awhile now and have the tune where I want it...I'm replacing the turbo with a new Precision 71HPQ...do I need to tweak the tune to add more fuel...or will XFI be able to compensate for it OK?...the 71 should flow more air...

FWIW... cranking fuel takes effect when cranking..... it is what you want to mess with if it won't hit at all. After it "hits"....cranking fuel is no longer in control.....now the "afterstart" fuel is in control. I always pull up the VE table while cranking.....and watch the actual AFR when I crank it...... if you watch close..... you can see which way the AFR is heading when it hits...then as it...

His fuel pressure was that without cranking Dusty posted up 43-45 and spoke to Cal also and said the same. Definitely a fuel pressure issue just have to fix it and get it running. Steve

boost is rock solid. very little bounce at all. im running a 42mm tial on manifold pressure and i get alittle more bounce then that.

nope. you need more power. get the battery of a charger or get a tender for when the car sits.
