I'm on the saddle search. I have tried several, and read much here. I "think" I know what this pain means, but am not totally sure... The saddle I'm trying now, I get a rubbing/chaffing/pressure/bumping type pain where my glute crease connects to the top of my hamstring. My mom wants me to get some kind of ID bracelet or something to wear when I ride so that people will know who to call if I am in an accident. Do any of you wear any ID? What can I get that doesn't look totally ridiculous?

So I test rode the Madone 5.1 today and it felt amazing. BF and I are picking up my new bike tomorrow! (I did not want to stack my new bike on top of my old one, since we took the smaller car). First of all, I got an amazing deal. Two months ago, the bike was around $3,100, not including tax. When I went to look at it over the weekend, it was $2,660. I got it for $2,380, including tax!! It helps...

I have an old helmet from 1994. It's never been in a crash. Do you think it's still safe to use?

First of all, I got an amazing deal. Two months ago, the bike was around $3,100, not including tax. When I went to look at it over the weekend, it was $2,660. I got it for $2,380, including tax!! does anyone here use these? i have straps and clips cause i have to many issues getting my foot in them. but in a sense i do like having something there. then i saw these mks mini toe clips. i got a pair and i need to put them on but just wondering if anyone else has tried them!
