What's everyone's favorite car from a movie or TV show? I was able to come up with my top 5. My humble apologies to the cars from my youth that didn't quite make the list including: Dean Jeffries's customized 1968 Pontiac GTO Monkeemobile from 'The Monkees' (I had a Corgi diecast of it when I was a kid), George Barris's demonic 1971 Lincoln Continental Mark III from 'The Car', the 1980 ...

I didn't catch this when it came out, probably for the same reason that one might be inclined to give up on the film after a feminutes of viewing. I was intrigued when I found out that my beloved Criterion was issuing a copy of this film. Link So when the film showed up on the schedule for one of my HD movie channels, I recorded it. I just finished watching it. What a treat! I can see how this ...

MAIN CARD (Picks in CAPS) Rashad Evans vs. CHUCK LIDDELL Lidell by KO in late 3rd round. Evans is a solid wrestler with little finishing ability. Liddell has a great history in beating much better grapplers than Evans and should TKO Evans in easy fashion. RICH FRANKLIN vs. Matt Hamill Probably the hardest fight for me to pick as I am a huge fan of both fighters. Franklin is an awsome humble ...

Ministry...Jesus Built My Hotrod (Redline Remix) There are several sound clips during the song that I think are Dennis Hopper. I'm trying to figure out what movie they are from. For example: "Nobody with a good car needs to worry about nuthin'!" "Nobody with a good car needs to be justified." "I come a long way since I believed in anything, and I come halfway around the world." Any ideas?...

What are your favorite film biographies? I don't count movies like Tombstone, The Right Stuff or Apollo 13, which are accounts of real characters but not specifically biographies. I mean movies about the life of someone famous or obscure. I'd have to list (in no particular order): Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story (You can fake the fight scenes but you can't fake that kind of conditioning by Jason ...

I'm sitting here kind of bored so I was thinking I might go rent a movie. I haven't done that in awhile. So I check Rotten Tomatoes to see what the top rentals right now. Out of the top 50 rentals, 41 of them are splats. There are only 2 movies in the top twenty that are not splats. Bank Job, which I've already seen, and some romantic comedy called Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day, which I'm ...

From IMDB.com: "Jack Bauer is a lost soul trying to find his place in the world and regain a sense of equilibrium while building houses for the poor in Africa. Jack's peaceful existence is threatened when he and his friend Benton get caught up in a coup de-tat against a powerful African warlord that spirals out of control. Back in the United States the country prepares to swear in President ...

Just started watching some of this. First of all check out the youtube video called "Pegasus Tribute". Cool little video. Another one is "BSG total war". My question is: If I get the season 1 video pack will this have the very first show where the Cylon's jumped the humans? Or, will I have to get the DVD Battlestar Galactica, then Season 1? Which season is the Pegasus shows?
