Roger that. My last NFA transfer was October 08 and the customer service didn't provide this information. Thanks for the update!

They are not selling or manufacturing . if you are present during the coating they don't have to have any type of ffl or sot, i.e. no transfer has occurred.

The examiners, believe it or not, are people too... And they make mistakes. I haven't sent a CoC since 2006 and my stamps have all come back in an orderly fashion... Some of the fellas on SilencerTalk have said that there is an examiner that insists on CoC paperwork...

I agree but I have come to terms with it. What I am having a problem with is that I have been promised some parts as part of this back in February, told multiple (by multiple I mean way more than 5) times that they were shipped but yet I do not have them. Nor have I ever received a tracking number or any proof of delivery. I may not be the fastest person around but I suspect that they have not been shipped.

BATF said to put Form 4 in the reason for fingerprinted and to leave the OIR box blank. I'm good to go.

Ador: I wish you'd asked me before you'd spent money on the gasbuster, but I can't blame you because I made the same mistake many years ago (and I still have the gas buster and use it, but it's not really a necessary or effective solution IMO). Here's my post on the topic: http://sigforum.com/eve/forums...=345104051#345104051 (might have to scroll down a bit, but there's a photo) Just remember that you want the...

most of the quality pistol caliber can tubes are made out of aluminum or maybe titanium. you want a light weight can to aid cycling and steel, nickel, or chrome is not light. neither al or ti plates well, but you could probably put an electroless nickel or ceramic coating on it if you gotta bling it out for your homies. just make sure you can read the serial number and probably the ...

If you use a 5.56 can on your LWRC 5.56 you will get back-gas/squirt-eye out of the charging handle port. I can definitively say this because I run an M4-2000 on my LWRC. Using a 7.62x51 can will get you less squirt-eye, but the sound suppression will not be quite as good. The number one negative to doing this (using a 7.62x51 can on a 5.56 gun) is that the can is heavier and longer than it ...

I got all my Finger print cards directly from BATFE, they mailed me a bunch for free. If I recall correctly the ORI is the BATFE and the reason would be for a ATF Form 4 *** you need a agency ID number : "If you do not have an ORI Number you will need to contact the FBI, CJIS Division, CCA File Unit, at (304) 625-4543" pulled that off a web search, you could also call NFA branch, they're...

i've noticed my blackout flash hider acts like a tuning fork. every time the bolt slams forward the thing has a high pitch ring. it does make it easy to install the can though. does aac really mill " front toward enemy" and the arrow on their cans?

CoC is not required for Trusts, but some send it in "to be safe." I never have and all of my stamps come back quickly. Items 13, 14, 16 and 17 also do not need to be filled out; according to the ATF.
