Size and height of gate vestage will be higher and you should also increase the wall of part slightly under the gate. You will likely have to increase the mold cycle time slightly.

Sell the tool at cost and buy several presses. Make your profits molding. $24/Hr cannot compete with $1.55/Hr. I AM truely sorry
