we are using BUSS machines , Bausano and Refrenhauser using in PVC compounding of soft and Rigid PVC BUSS is the best productivity of differant formulations and the best specs of the finished product regards

There must be a blockage in the feed area of the screw or in the hopper. When it occurs, does pounding on the hopper correct the problem or do you need to slow down the screw? Put the powder on a melting stage and determine its melt point. If it is less that the feed section temperature, it is likely the powder is the cause of your problem. Plastic laminated film material can be ground and then used back into a compatible material as a filler for bulk type products. I know of no one who is recycling it back into film applications.
