All 0RA-600 errors should really be handled by Oracle Support, so log a ticket and let them help you resolve this issue, it safer and probably faster.

Hello,
According to the Note ID 361578.1 of My Oracle Support, this error is due to the environment
variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH which is set to a wrong value.

Welcome to the forums !
I have not personally applied this patch, but pl see if MOS Doc 821263.1 (How to confirm that a Critical Patch Update (CPU) has been installed in Linux / UNIX) can help answer your question.

Pl post your full OS and database versions. Most likely the patch downloaded is corrupt. Re-download and use the MD5 checksum feature to verify validity of the patch before applying it.
