Well actually on the contrary we are selling our foreclosures and as a matter of fact they have multiple offers on them and are being bid way over the asking price. This is the lowest these prices have been in 12 years . Its hard for a family that wants to live in the home to get one because the investors are gobbling them up.

new homes go, there is not a lot of them out there ...

I don't really work with apartments, its hard for me to recommend them when I don't know anything about management . How they handle complaints ,noise
issues etc. Why don't you check into renting private condos, thats what I would recommend.
You didnt say what area you want to get in or other criteria . 700 might be a tough one.

Now is surely the time to buy ( I on the other hand have a condo that is now worth half of what I paid for it 4 years ago...oh well, will hang on to it with the hopes to break even down the road)...we do own in Henderson in the area called Green Valley Ranch and we are pleased, close to the strip, close to
