I have a kind of sick admiration for the Neon, actually. It's kind of an underdog with really good handling and a good aftermarket, and makes a great autocross platform. It's really similar to the Focus in that respect, and kicks the crap out of anything GM ever offered in that class. That said, if I ever bought one, it would NOT be a fixer-upper, because there are more dilapidated, broke-down Neons in this country than Cavaliers,...
