The round one is a projector - for your low beams. The high beam uses a reflection thing which I don't know much about..

10min at 200 degrees worked fine for me, it was just enough to heat up that seal, but a heat gun can work too. Dont get that sticky **** on your clothes, it does not come off.

Making some progress with this now, but does anyone know if there is a part number for this light unit? Having taken it apart, on the inside the number on the back of the panel is E3WB-15C408-AA .

Those vac lines are pretty much molded to fit exactly. You'd have to replace them entirely with new hose - which would be plausible, but there wouldn't be the option of identifying them by color anymore.

I used a heat gun to crack the lens off, I've had a number of friends melt their housings in the oven. Heat it, pry the lens off with flat heads and u'll need security torx bits to disassemble the interior components of the headlights. Then its just sand, prime, paint, reassemble.

a good few tire shops have a computer that shows the rims on the car. The pickings are getting a bit slim but they have a few sets left. $600 plus $25 shipping for...

I don't think such a thing exists. I know there was a shop in England making them but they closed down. I got lucky and found a member from England selling his. You can ask around in the UK section and see if anyone knows of one being sold. For now you can enjoy looking at mine.
