Alot of the time its dependent on weather you use water or milk. The milk would make it alot creamier and taste like a real milkshake and sometimes using water can be

I am going to come out here and say there is no way you are that low of a bodyfat %. Maybe you are and shame on me if I am wrong...but that is getting into the unhealthy zone.
Let me put it to you this way....if you are looking to put on weight and increase muscle...start eating big. Then eat some more...

PWO is to get the protien to your muscles as fast as possible. mixing with milk will not let that happen.
how if you are talking about using your Shake as a meal replacement / right before bed drink, that is a diffrent story.

Honestly I say you keep easing your way back into it and by your 2nd routine (after the original 8-12 weeks) you hop on a natural T booster. Because
