Having seen the surprise expressed at the amount I spent I've done some math's and it's actually more like £60 per month, with the price of an MRP and some more whey on top of that if I'm bulking. LtL

Ya, I got a sample of superpump250, white flood, and no explode comming, but from what I've read, Jack3d is still the best. Although, I'm interested to try white flood. I heard that's kind of like jack3d too.

Honestly, you don't need creatine under the age of 18. In some way it "can" harm your kidneys if you do supplement on it.
All you need is a good diet, good routine, and etc. I'd tell your friend to wait.

I just take mine with dextrose as you will require a large amount of grape juice to acheive the same insulin spike. Loading is not required, but you can if you want to.
