For me probably Back. Most of all because I have trouble really feeling it during the exercises. Defiently not legs though, legs would be one of my favourites!

What muscle do you hate working out... Theres two I hate one is shoulders.. The other is a workout and its squating... Having shoulders be sore sucks, and squating beats the crap out of me, but they both have there benefits so I do them anyways. HOW ABOUT YOU?

My thoughts exactly - if you keep ahead of your body and keep it confused you'll growth will keep going. Once your muscles get used to something plateaus are hard to break.

diet has been spot on for the last month plenty of calories and p/c/f ratios have been good, weight wasn't moving up. Also the training routine i had been using a long time, so was ready to change it up, the way its split is great for me and means i shouldn't be over training which i most definitely have done in the past by hitting the gym everyday.

http://www.muscleandstrength.com/wor...-building.h tml -- Any of these workouts will benefit you depending on your experience level.
If you want a minimal fat gain, calulate your BMR and + 500 to that number. Split that calculation up in a p/c/f ratio of 30/50/20 and try sticking as close as you can to those digits.
No routine will give you a minimal fat gain during a bulk. Your diet ...

On it now. Just finishing week 12. Have before pictures, will take after pic's (probably posted in my AS review). My measurements have gone up hugely, am now the heaviest and largest I've ever been. It's a great workout and although you have to do a bit of work in terms of planning your workouts, it's definitely worth it!
Would definitely recommend this workout. Thanks Dave!

This is an advanced workout. Your profile says you've been lifting for less than a year. Find an intermediate routine. On the otherhand, this routine is mainly used to shock your muscles into growth.

substitute exercise?
can i replace exercises when they are not available?
im currently at D4DS.
i mean for example on biceps day, gym guys tend to stay too long at our preacher curl, so when i think i WONT be able to use it, can i replace it(just for that day) with another exercise?

Only gained 5lb in several weeks means you need to increase your calorie intake.

I,m not no trainer but I would keep the cardio and weight training.
If you shooting for abs you need to get your body fat below 10%
Excellent job by the way.....

You can't turn belly fat into muscle, the muscle will be hidden under a layer of fat.
So to see the "six pack" you need to lose the weight to lose the belly fat.
PS that's a lot of Creatine. Thought you are only meant to have 5-10g a day?
