No never been in that situation. But arm wrestling is much more than who's "stronger." Alot of other factors play into it.

Just F-ing weird. Last night, after running some errands for today's holiday, my whole body broke down. I mean I was sore from my workout on Monday, but the soreness increased 10 fold and all I wanted to do was sleep. Then the fever kicked in. I'm still a little sore today but no fever, I wonder if it was Food Poisoning (Taco Bell or the grilled chicken I had earlier in the day are Suspects 1 and 2) or if I have H1N1? (Swine Flu)...

In terms of a match or training for boxing?
Progressive overload merely means: Advancing a routine at a rate at which adaption cannot fully occur. So like adding a different exercise in, or increasing the amount of sets/reps/weight you do.

I don't get it, are you asking for advice or are you just saying you plan to make comedy?
This is my channel, I've got 502 subscribers currently, and although its not much its still something. I don't do many comedy videos but mostly gaming videos, though I do have some funny ones (like Hitler Loses Gym Membership).

i'm pretty much friends with every ex i've had... except one. I' m friends also with very guy that i've "talked" too. But just ask your wife... i think something that far in the past shouldnt be an issue, especially if you and your wife are secure in your relationship. Be honest with her and tell her you just want to know about her and her family, strictly as friends

What kind of music do you plan on playing? If you are just starting out I suggest just going with a Fender starter kit.
Acoustic and Electric are for the most part very similar, however electric is more forgiving in that if you make a mistake it is less noticeable by ear.

Buying all the food is part of the game, do you supplement? you can pick up 5kg of protein for 40 quid or so, maltodextrin even cheaper than that for meal replacements.
It's simple that if you are not making gains you are not eating enough, just got to keep bumping it up 200-500 calories or so.

Usual Biotest propaganda. Anecdotal evidence, can't see any science to back up their claims on there. I'll stick to protein supp's, Animal Pak and creatine thank you.
