How long you been training ? why not try lighter weights to get the
technique and use to doing the extensions on that arm. I had a similar
problem when doing shoulder work as my left shoulder was weaker than my
right so i had to start off on lighter weights and
build it up.

Yep, love tabata
drills - they really get you working hard. Short duration
but very intense, used extensively by bodyweight trainers.
