Flashboylawton, I agree with you 100% regarding these websites and the damage they do the the secondary ticketing market. I don't like the word tout as it has connotations of underhandedness and some pot-bet person outside a venue selling tickets which are possibly fake. I lost £800 (reclaimed through my credit card company fortunately) when I booked Reading festival tickets through Sosmasterticket website last year which was a HUGE...

Thanks guys. I actually got them for £40 on lastminute.com. It's good to know about the £25-on-the-day thing for another time.

I am sure they will refund you, it sounds like the person that sent the email didn't know what they were talking about. If you did want to pursue it with your bank (you will need to give TM chance to refund you first), you should ask your bank to process a chargeback. No fraud has occurred.

I should add that premium seats are rows h-m seats 8-19 in the stalls and dress circle a,b and d 15 - 22 plus c 14 - 21. You get a free programme with the premium seats. You can also get the front row for £20 (plus booking fee) however the stage is fairly high so you will be looking up a bit. One other thing is do you have a disability? If so you may qualify for cheaper seats. Rob

Bon Jovi @ O2 - Presale Anyone?
Published (2009-11-06 13:53:00)
First I'll declare my interest, as I do work for Viewlondon. However, this is genuinely money saving as we have the lowest booking fees and very strong official allocations for Bon Jovi at the O2 next June. There are 4 or 5 tickets agencies that have direct official supplies, not just TM and SEE, so you make your savings on the booking fee and transaction/postage costs. Viewlondon booking fee is 10%, most are 13%, and you can avoid the...

I booked tickets last year for mum and step dad to see rem with TM. They changed the venue about 2 weeks before, it was in the local paper and everything, and I didnt get an email from ticketmaster until a week after asking me if i wanted to cancel and have a refund or if i still wanted the tickets. I got no confirmation at all when i replied back saying i would keep the tickets, and the tickets only arrived 2 days before the event. Their not...

Hi Carmen,
Most theatres will have seats for disabled people and level access (from street level) if you are in a wheelchair so you do not need to go down stairs.
You can request to be put on the end of an aisle and close to the toilet if you need to be. I myself have epilepsy so request an aisle seat.
If you dont mind me asking, what is the nature of your disability, I could then...

You have been scammed. Why are they priced in Euros? I know you don't want to look stupid etc but didn't this not ring any bells? Granted the site does look good. I think they rely on resellers as is the case on many other sites. But if you had read their T & C's then you would have saved yourself money. The official Muse site only has seetickets & ticketmaster as official sellers. Ticketmaster...

Hi LilacLillie
I've been to see La Cage Aux Folles 8 times in the last month, but then again from looking at my avatar it's pretty obvious why lol. It is a fantastic show, the cast are great and it's such fun, they all fit together so well.
I also went to see Blood Brothers under duress, but absolutely loved it, my brother was shot and killed 9 years ago and I found it very moving and so ...

For the Michael Jackson presale you needed to register on his website. It was the same for U2, but if you'd been a member for ages you got an earlier presale than people who joined up in the last week or so. Welcome to the boards btw, you'll be hooked now lol.

Hi. The British Music Experience is a pretty good attraction - probably worth about an hour of most people's time, but you could make it last much longer if you had a go at all of the various interactive things on offer.
Not sure I'd say its worth the £15 entry fee, but if you are going to an event at the O2 they tend to give you free entry to the BME on production of your event ticket. I ...

Obviously depends on what level tickets you want. Generally top tickets will mean dress circle and these are the most sought after on a Saturday so don't expect to get discounted tickets like you would perhaps off season or mid week. Its also a very popular show so availability may be tricky. I'll declare my interest here as I'm the commercial manager for Viewlondon, but I've worked in events...

For jan 1 - feb 12 the GILT promotion will be running, usually that means top price seats will be £35(or 25 or 15, depending on the show), it dosent kick off until december 8th though.
