I don't see why she would need more than one hamster, so I would keep one and sell the others. Even though she hasn't expressed an interest, if a lot of her friends have one after xmas, she will be glad to have one then. I have two, one each for my 2 younger kids, plus the house, car and hamster beds. I have a relative who works for toys r us, she was so helpfull lol, and even gave me her staff discount If I'd known just how...

I generally chuck in a random selection of what I think are "typical N African/Middle Eastern" spices.
This site sells spice blends, but helpfully tells you what spices are in the mix. Perhaps you could use that as a guide? There's a "Little Yellow Cookbook" on the site, which is free to download, but you have to give an email address.
Google for "morroccan" or "lebanese" recipes.

I spend about ?150 - ?200 on my son but he does get clothes and we do the Xmas eve box too so some of that is included there. I do pick up a lot in the sales too though and freebie/cheap bits for stockings etc too.
I do get him new PJs and some clothes out of that money too.

How about consumables like food - they don't clutter the house up!
Maybe nice sweets, a hamper of biscuits etc, make some mince pies and other festive treats (people don't tend to moan about homemade things after you've put all the effort in!)

How about pass the parcel? They'll like getting things. If you put something little in each layer of the parcel, they should all get something which will be nice for them all.

How do you get them in the photos? Do you have a toy elf or are you great at photoshop.
Might steal your idea this year, my kids would love it!
