OK, I have figured out what is happening with Halifax. They do not charge for funds received below 100 GBP. Funds over 100 GBP but less then 8000 GBP, received in Euro's are free. All other currencies incur a 3 GBP charge. I was requesting a GBP amount to be sent to the UK from Holland.
