A friend of mine has an 03 Passat and the drivers electric window has stopped working. Apparently as well as the motor (?) needing replaced, its damaged the internal cabling that maneuvre the window up and down... Hes been quoted £90 for the part from VW and £200 for the labour to fit. Apparently its an awful job to do and you need to have done it previously to do it - so much so that Agnews are confident that even if he just buys the part,...

You would need to go to an arcitect and have plans for this drawn up then it would need to be approved by building control as it would be a extension of your property.

Likely that either you need a new element or the wiring to the element has got fried. Had the same problem with our built-in Diplomat oven a couple of months ago - the hardest part was actually getting access to the wiring to fix it. Was a simple enough fix though.

No, you won't find them as all pearl/opaque bulbs have been banned. Only clear tungsten bulbs below 100W still remain on sale. You may find a warm white CFL will be the closest you'll get to a peach colour.
