Michael never crawled, he did a backwards frogfish thing till he walked. Christopher didn't crawl either, we had to teach him to crawl. The fish tank is still boggin but I can't do anything else with it.

Dont let it get you down. Just stick at it, its not your fault the trainings crap. When I started my current job which was completly new to me aswell the training was terrible too and was left on my own. Felt incredibly stupid and was ready to leave. Took a while but eventually I got it. More new staff started and I ended up having to train them as management didnt bother. Very unfair on ...

I don't drive because my vision is too poor to allow me to do so. In one way it doesn't bother me - I save loads of money by not having a car. However, it would make going home much easier. (whether it'll be cheaper; I don't know?)

I'm a nurse.. tell her how you feel. Don't ever complain about her shifts though because she can't do anything about them whatever she is promised. You will have to get used to Chrismas, New year and all other bank holidays being interfered with.

Remind her that she has breached her terms and conditions and you will be contacting OFSTED about this. This stopped one childminder dead in her tracks when demanding large bills!!

thanks jojo, she does have her wee quirks, I notice she isnt all that keen on putting a fork or spoon right in her mouth, rather kind of 'teeth' it off, if that makes sense. She is a little whirlwind, always full of energy and I suppose eating could be a bit of a chore for her really. I will try what you say and see what i notice.

I can sympathise but can't really offer any helpful advice! I am also 29 weeks pregnant and totally confused by it all. At first I thought no way because we do not know of the side affects, what it can do to the baby etc. However, since the death of the 3 pregnant women in the last couple of weeks I am worried and think it would be awful to get very seriously ill or myself or baby die ...

Start writing out those cards now or they'll never be delivered by Christmas Eve! Most people start sending them out in the first week of December but you can do as you please. In our home the Christmas tree and decoration were put up the weekend before Christmas but again, you can do as you please
