Maybe they had a wardrobe flooded in the last week or 2, so need to replace their clothes. Everyone has to start somewhere, we all had 0 feedback at one point.

Well sadly royal mail don't have a ebay rate where they charge ebay, not us Some sellers don't seem to get this though (not directed at you personally, but it does seem to be something certain people can't grasp! ) No, free p+p would be better if it was called what it is, inclusive p+p.

I know how you feel..I get at least 1 buyer a day who ends up not payimg me..not even contacting me until eventually after several unanswered messages, a dispute has to be opened.. It's tough but the only way to get your Final value Fees back quickly and without fear of redress is to cancel the sale. Message the buyer and let them know they will have to agree to the cancellation. It's much easier and less messy than sending to a...

Free P&P is a myth. You cannot send an item for free. So yes, sellers add this into their profits by adjusting the selling price. If you are happy with a price at the time you strike the deal, then that is the deal you have.

What do i do now!!!

Send a formally worded letter + invoice by recorded post requesting payment or return of item within 7 days, as you will be commencing legal procedings after that time. Alternatively, RING paypal until they start talking sense - email will get you nowhere but you might be able to get a decent human being on the phone who is willing to treat it as fraud.

Yes Royal Mail can do this, so sadly you may as well let it go.

just wanted to help - but have no experience really.
perhaps as you listed them twice, they think you were 'selling' them ie. as a business.
2 thoughts - you could ask for help on the ebay forums on ebay. some of the pro-sellers may be able to help you.
also, could you either have your 'free' 15 mins with a local solicitor. or do you have legal cover with your home policy? does your ...

A visit to the local Police Station once you have informed paypal may be in order.
If the plonker has sent this from his personal computer, whether he closes it down or not he/she IS traceable. The paypal account may be closed but to cash the money in it has to be through a bank account which is also traceable. They may be able to give duff info for the paypal account but the bank ...

If it's your mother's account, despite her not using it, ask her to unlock the account to transfer the funds out then open up you're own. Using someone elses account isn't a good idea.

Thanks continues to Apprentice Tycoon for the following sections:
Charity shops
A few sellers have been a bit reticent about buying from charity shops to make a profit, I don't have a problem with this, the shops need the cash in the till, not unsold books on the shelves and from my own experience the books that sell well on Amazon are the ones that won't sell in a ...

so just to check
you knew that the entire cost was 4.01?
If yes, you should either pay up or cancel the bid and not buy the book citing the new rules.
Do you honestly think you could buy a book and have it posted to you for 1p? Cheeky is a way to describe it.
