Jamin STFU I dont like you, your opinons about everything belongs in the back of a special ed class. In basic terms, you suck and are weak. Hope you had a great day.

I was in your same position. I made a goal way back when I started at 251 to get to 200 (217 right now) before I bulked but then I went one a bulk for a couple weeks, then decided to stick with my original goal. I have been on 10X3 for fat loss for 4 weeks now and am back to losing fat. I say lose the fat, and make smaller jumps in weights. I would also recommend 10X3 for fat loss by waterbury, looks easy until you are done with the first...

If your calf is to the point where you can do ballistic moves, hold a dumbbell in one hand and do bouncing calf raises on one leg (the side corresponding to the hand with the dumbbell). Try to bounce as high as you can for 10 to 12 reps. Start with 20 to 30 pounds, and don't feel like the lack of pump or not reaching failure is something bad. Do both sides, but only as many reps on the "good" side as you did on the side...

How long have you been back to lifting and thing imbalance still exists? With the arm thing, use DBs for a while it will all even out.

His studio pays him to workout, pays for his trainers, supps, nutritionists, cooks, therapists. He, im sure, doesnt have to go through the regular day to day tasks that interfere or cut into the workout and sleep efficiancy of normal 9-5ers. Of course genetics as well.

The weight is either too heavy for you or it is too far up your back. SS has good form instruction, read it again.

Starting Strength, definitely. P90x sucks and I haven't heard of the others, but you need Starting Strength. Everyone needs it. That or 5/3/1. I'm on 5/3/1 right now and it's glorious. Edit: For flexibility, add in some decent yoga (Rodney Yee's Power Yoga series comes highly recommended, FWIW) or Cressey's Magnificent Mobility.

Your diet made me cringe.. it needs a complete overhaul. Read this to learn more about clean eating. The program needs serious work as well. If it's at all feasible, you need a new gym, one with barbells.

It's easy to put on muscle if you're a beginner, which usually means you have some fat on you. Fat does not, can not, and will not ever turn into muscle, however. You can gain muscle and you can lose fat (or vice versa), but one does not magically turn into the other.

I would sheck the "Essential Reading" thread in the weight training section. reading that should help you out because your diet and workout need serious help.

If I were in your shoes I'd get NROL or possibly even Men's Health Power Training.
