My radio hates my Burnt cds

The stock radio in my '05 GTO hates burnt cds. It plays the early tracks fine, but then the later tracks skip, no matter what. Is it the player, the cds, me? It plays store-bought cds just fine. Anybody else have this problem or have suggestions on what to do?

I have the stock bose one from my '94 that I just pulled out a couple weeks ago when I put my system in. Works perfectly fine and is in good shape. PM me if you're interested and we can work something out...

They are on ebay all the time. Some sellers even offer warranty....but those can run upwards of $200 with a warranty. Others can be had for as low as $50.

Ok i have installed a few aftermarket radios before and i have found them a pain im my ars. Also i dont want that look on my car yet i am in need of replacing the stock radio. So my dilema(dont know if that is spelled right, sorry) is that I want the look of a stock radio. Anyone know where i could find a reputable good used one or a nice new one? Thanks in advance

I had this issue as well and found that if I burn a CD directly from windows media player I never have the problem. I've had issues with other (better) burning software and seem to have issues unless I'm converting and burning an mp3 file. Good luck.

Rear pannels where? In the trunk? The should fit. Buy a set and see if not take them back.

mine does the same thing.. im pretty sure that's how they are supposed to be. The black strips on the rear window are already warmed up, i guess, so the light goes out in the button. you'll notice that your window will defrost around the strips. If it doesnt, then you need to buy a new car

Maybe it's not the motors. Try adjusting the window. http://shbox.com/1/adj_window.html
