Charlotte-tell me they will be playing Modern Warfare 2? It just came out and I got it and have been playing it like crazy. Yes, I'm a gamer Lol. I even got the night vision goggles Lol. Scale still saying 296. I'm fine with that I've had a big loss over the past 2 weeks. Plus I grazed all evening. I used my German Chocolate DaVincis and made a one minute muffin and it is soooo good.

Congrats to all. Really good job. June, you are doing great. I think it is fabulous that the scale moved for you, especially after you have had so much trouble! 5 pounds in a week is fabulous! As for crowing...I dont think it is ever a good idea to count your chickens or in our case pounds before they are lost. We'll get there...faster or slower, we'll get there. We just have to stay the course.

Larie - so glad you had a great time skating! the one thing i cant wait to do when i lose weight is snowboarding... i have a bad knee from when i used to play sports when i was younger... and now anything sporty is difficult... but when i lose the weight i will be able to do more things... cant wait! I also always wanted to get a session with a trainer... i'm sure they have a world of knowledge to learn from.
